RATES INCLUDED:
beach service (one sun-unbrella, one deckchair, one sunbed per apartment), on request first line € 15,00 extra charge, second line € 12,00 extra charge per day, third line € 10,00 extra charge per day; entertainment program (from 22.06 to 31.08), 2 swimming-pool for adults and children with hydromassage tub, jacuzzi, anphitheatre, VAT, duvets, electricity, gas, water, insurance. Car parking (one for apartment) for each extra car will be charged € 10,00 per day. Barbeque.
RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:
Extra bed € 15,00 per day.
Bed linen and towels can be rent, for each the cost is € 10,00 per person per change.
Cradle € 50,00 per week
Cleaning € 45,00 (compulsory), Kitchenette must be left clean otherwise we charge an extra cost of 20,00.
Small sized pets are allowed, which do not exceed 10 kg of weight € 5,00 per day (meals not included).
Tax of Stay June/September, (to be paid cash on your arrival day): € 2,50 per day per person over 14 years and it must be paid for maximum 10 days, for the months of July and August, € 1,00 in the remaining periods (Vieste Law N.354 del 22/11/2021).
SERVICES:
Air conditioning, safe. Large covered veranda. Apartments are fully furnished and equipped with pots and cookware (excluding coffee pot, non-stick frying pan and kitchen linen), kitchen, fridge and freezer, seating area with table, chairs, blankets and pillows; Large bathroom with shower. Pool for adults and children with Jacuzzi, amphitheater, restaurant, bar, pizzeria with firewood oven, playground. Equipped beach with sun umbrellas, deckchairs, and sunbeds, Beach Volley, washing-machine.
RESERVATION:
In order to place a reservation we will require a prepayment of the 30% of the total amount within 10 days from your confirmation, at your arrival you can pay the balance. Minimum stay one week, at festivities minimun stay three days.
ARRIVALS ADEPARTURE:
You can take possession of your apartment on arrival day between 4.30 pm and 9.00 pm and on departure day the apartment must be left within 10 am. Arrivals and departures are allowed during Reception hours. On receiving the keys, a deposit of € 100 will be required,on your departure day it will be given you back after a Reception check.
CANCELLATIONS:
Notice of cancellation or waiver will be considered if made by registered mail, certified webmail(PEC) or telegram. You will be refund of 50% of the deposit only if your cancellation will be written within 30 days before the beginning of the stay: if the cancellation is written after that time the reservation will be canceled with the total loss of the deposit paid. In case of reduction of the booked period (for late arrival or early departure), whatever the cause, no refunds will be given. The Management has the right to rent to others without any obligation to repay or compensate.
