Camping and Pitches of the Verdemare Village in Vieste in Gargano

In front of the Verdemare Holiday Village and immediately adjacent to our beach we have a parking area dedicated to those who want to be in touch with the nature of the wonderful Gargano Sea.

PRICES INCLUDE:

VAT, tent/camper/caravan pitch, 1 parking space, electricity, hot showers, access to swimming pools (01/06 - 14/09), entertainment (21/06 - 31/08), and WI-FI zones.

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:

• Mandatory Tourist Tax (payable on-site in cash): €2.50 in June/September per person over 14 years old, for a maximum of 10 days; €1.00 during other periods (Municipal Resolution of Vieste No. 354, dated 22/11/2021).
• Parking for a second car: €10.00 per day.
• Beach service packages available on-site.

CAMPSITE/VILLAGE RULES – VERDEMARE VIESTE:

We warmly welcome our guests and kindly ask them to carefully read the following rules, which are implicitly accepted upon entry into the campsite.

1. Upon arrival, the number of guests must be declared, and a valid ID for all party members, including children, must be presented. The management reserves the right to hold at least one ID for each group until departure. Any changes in guest numbers must be reported to the management upon arrival. Visitors may be admitted upon request and prior approval by the management, subject to presenting valid ID and paying a daily fee of €15.00 per person (hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
   Undeclared visitors or those without wristbands will be removed, and responsible guests will be penalized.

2. Guests must visibly display the control sticker received at check-in on their vehicles (on the left side). Missing or unverified stickers will authorize the management to remove the vehicle.

3. Wristbands must be shown upon request to campsite staff responsible for identifying guests.

4. Changing pitches without prior management approval is prohibited. Pitch occupation requires the crew's presence; otherwise, the management may free the pitch as deemed necessary.

5. Camping rates are daily, regardless of the arrival time. The departure day will also be charged if leaving after 12:00 PM.

6. Guests are responsible for securing their belongings. THE MANAGEMENT IS NOT LIABLE FOR THEFT, LOSS, OR DAMAGE to vehicles, boats, or other items. For safety, parking areas are not supervised. Lost and found items should be handed to the management for return to their rightful owner.

7. Guests are strongly advised to:

   • Keep facilities clean and use all campsite structures responsibly.
   • Avoid washing clothes, dishes, animals, or other items in personal hygiene sinks.
   • Use water responsibly, as waste, especially of hot water, affects other guests.
   • Accompany children under 5 years old to the restrooms.
   • Refrain from cutting or damaging the campsite vegetation.
   • Supervise children and take responsibility for any damage they cause. The management does not assume responsibility for children. Guests are also liable for damages to campsite equipment.

8. WASTE DISPOSAL: Emptying chemical toilets or wastewater tanks in restrooms, fountains, or emergency drains is strictly forbidden. Only use designated chemical waste disposal facilities or the "CAMPSITE SERVICE" area for camper wastewater. Violators will be reported to authorities as per applicable laws.

9. STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

   • Lighting fires on pitches, the beach, or elsewhere in the campsite.
   • Charging electric vehicles using campsite power outlets.
   • Bringing flammable substances into the campsite.
   • Making noise or driving motorized vehicles during quiet hours (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM / 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM).
   • Parking vehicles outside designated spaces. Vehicles are only allowed near pitches for loading/unloading luggage.
   • Selling goods or conducting advertising/commercial activities.
   • Washing vehicles, caravans, boats, or other items.
   • Verbal or physical aggression toward staff or other guests is also forbidden.

10. The campsite is only liable for damages caused by its property or equipment.

11. Use of facilities is at your own risk. The management disclaims liability for accidents within or outside the premises (e.g., games, tournaments, etc.).

12. NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES will result in appropriate action by management, up to and including expulsion. Payments are non-refundable. Cheques are not accepted. Bills must be reviewed and disputed (if necessary) before payment.

PET POLICY (Campsite and Beach):

• Small pets must have a microchip, health certificate, and an ID tag with the owner's phone number.
• Pets must always be on a leash and never left unattended.
• Owners are fully liable for any damage their pets may cause to property or persons.
• During quiet hours, ensure pets do not disturb other guests.
• Solid waste must be collected, and liquid waste must be rinsed with water.
• Pet washing is allowed only in designated areas at campsite restrooms.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
• Muzzles are not mandatory but should be available, especially for official checks on the beach.
• Dogs are permitted on the beach (both equipped and free zones) provided they are on a leash. They may swim without a leash under the owner's supervision and responsibility.
