RATES INCLUDED:
beach service (one sun-umbrella, one deckchair, one sun bed per apartment), on request
first line € 10,00 extra charge and second line € 6,00 extra charge per day; entertainment
program (from 16.06 to 01.09), swimming-pool for adults and children, amphitheatre,
cinema on fixed day, VAT, duvets, electricity, gas, water, insurance. Car parking
(one for apartment) for each extra car will be charged € 5,00 per day. If the apartment
will be left uncle any and untidy an extra charge of € 30,00 will be charged.
RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:
Bed linen and towels can be rent, for each the cost is € 10,00 per person per change.
Cradle € 5,00 per day.
Extra cleaning € 20,00.
FACILITIES:
Half and full board service in our Restaurant, pizzeria with firewood oven, market,
bazar, swimming pool for adults and children, amphitheatre,, beach volley, fun children
ground, coin laundry, telephones, café and equipped beach with sun-umbrellas, sun
beds and deckchairs.
The apartments are recently furnished, you will find kitchen equipment (except coffee
machine and frying pan), fridge/freezer, living roon with table and chairs, wide
bathroom with shower and large veranda (safe box and some of them television).
RESERVATION:
In order to place a reservation we will require a prepayment of the 30% of the total
amount within 10 days from your confirmation, at your arrival you can pay the balance.
Minimum stay one week, at festivities minimun sta three days.
CANCELLATION:
In case of booking cancellation the 50% deposit will be refunded at the following
conditions: within 30 days from the expected date of arrival by telegram or registered
letter. Beyond this limit of time or in case of departure ahead of time no refund
is due.
ARRIVALS ADEPARTURE:
You can take possession of your apartment on arrival day between 4.30 pm and 9.30
pm and on departure day the apartment must be left within 10 am. Arrivals and departures
are allowed during Reception hours, no departure are allowed in the night. On receiving
the keys, a deposit of € 100,00 will be required,on your departure day it will be
given you back after a Reception check.
Compulsory tourist tax (to pay at the arrival): €. 0,60 per person per day
for 10 days at the most (only for children over 14 years old), from the 14th of
may to 16th of september. According to the city of Vieste resolution n. 41 of the
31.08.2011
Pets are allowed, € 50,00 will be charged for the extra final cleaning.
